At Savage & Savage we do not sell software. We made the decision many years ago that as Chartered Accountants our role is to support you and your business with the best software solution for your business. Because every business has different needs the accounting software packages of one supplier may not be the best for your business.

We think some of the best help we can give you is for our staff to be able to support a wide range of software packages. While most of our staff are familiar with many systems we have three staff members that are certified trainers in Xero. Our staff can also offer support for  MYOB, QuickBooks, Accomplish CashManager and Rees software packages.

If you want to move to your own cloud based or in-house accounting package or upgrade an existing package we have staff who can help you select the right one for your business.

Xero

Xero is an online accounting system providing a real-time view of how the business is doing. It is accessible anywhere, anytime on any device. It features automatic bank feeds, online invoicing, free and automatic updates, unlimited users, interactive reports and budgets.

It is a very user friendly system.

    Starter – $25 plus GST per month

    Xero starter plan is ideal for very small businesses with less than 20 bank transactions per month. It includes 5 invoices and 5 bills and 1 GB of file storage.

    Standard – $50 plus GST per month

    Xero standard is great for most small businesses. It includes unlimited bank transactions, invoices and bills and 5 GB of file storage.

    Premium – $65 plus GST per month

    Xero premium is essential for business that bank or transact in foreign currency. As well as multi-currency it includes unlimited bank transactions, invoices and bills and 10 GB of file storage.

    GST Cashbook – $19 plus GST per month

    A cashbook that is ideal for businesses not requiring invoicing. It includes unlimited bank transactions.

MYOB

MYOB is the most widely used small business software package on the market. This starts with the basics and can be expanded to include everything a business needs including payroll management. The cloud based versions lets you manage your bookkeeping functions from anywhere anytime.
