At Savage & Savage we do not sell software. We made the decision many years ago that as Chartered Accountants our role is to support you and your business with the best software solution for your business. Because every business has different needs the accounting software packages of one supplier may not be the best for your business.

We think the best help we can give you is for our staff to be able to support a range of software packages. While most of our staff are familiar with many systems one of our staff members is a certified trainer with MYOB, QuickBooks, Accomplish CashManager and Xero and can help you get started. Our staff can also support Rees software packages.

If you want to move to your own in-house accounting package or upgrade an existing package we have staff who can help you select the right one for your business.

Accomplish CashManager

Cashmanager

Accomplish CashManager is a modular system so you can add features as you need them. Start with basic bookkeeping functions in CashManager Lite and upgrade to include debtors, creditors, budgeting and invoicing to meet your needs. This is an easy to use system that makes importing transactions from the bank a breeze.

With multiple purchasing options including the choice of PC based or Online versions, there is sure to be a version of CashManager that is right for you!

Each PC based level of CashManager contains three companies as standard and can be purchased with or without the Invoicing Module. Online and Home versions also available.

Available in 3 different levels

Lite

CashManager Lite provides all the basic bookkeeping functions you need to enter transactions, reconcile your bank statement, prepare your GST and print various bookkeeping reports. It can also present your data to your accountant in a way they can use.

Standard

CashManager Standard provides all the basic bookkeeping functions you need, (as in the Lite version). It also allows you to use budgets and produce comprehensive management reports.

Plus

CashManager Plus has the full general ledger system included and has been designed for the accounting community. It includes all the features of both lower versions of CashManager.

Add-ons +

Invoicing

The Invoicing Module provides the ability to raise quotes and invoices for your customers and to keep track of your supplier invoices. It also allows you to manage any stock you may have.

Additional Company

CashManager allows you to manage three separate companies as standard. Should you wish to add on more companies, you may do so for a small one-off charge.

MYOB

MYOB

MYOB is the most widely used small business software package on the market. This starts with the basics and can be expanded to include everything a business needs including payroll management. The on-line version lets you manage your bookkeeping functions from anywhere there is an internet connection.

Requiring more than 3 users? Choose QuickBooks Premier

While QuickBooks Premier is a 3 user licence you can purchase up to another 2 licences to make a total of a 5 user pack. These are purchased individually and are a subscription licence.

QuickBooks Enterprise

Enterprise includes all the comprehensive reporting features found in QuickBooks Premier plus it allows you to share data with up to 30 simultaneous users and combine reports across multiple sites and companies to help manage the growth of your business. (*annual licence applies)
